Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of sea moss, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order did not arrive (please allow up to 10 business days for delivery before contacting us).

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Your order number.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once approved, back to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues. If your package is damaged in transit, we will work with you to file a claim and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (such as fresh sea moss gels)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code

  • Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as we prepare fresh sea moss to order. Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, once opened or used, returns will not be accepted.
