Processing & Delivery Time
- All sea moss gels are made fresh to order—please allow 3 days for preparation.
- Once ready, orders are shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Tracked Delivery to ensure quick and safe arrival.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Important Delivery Information
- We highly recommend that someone is available at home to receive the parcel on the delivery day.
- If no one is home, Royal Mail may return the parcel to the local delivery office or leave it in a safe place. This is a risk, as sea moss is a fresh product that requires refrigeration.
- If your parcel is delayed due to a missed delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any spoilage.
What Happens If My Parcel Is Delayed or Lost?
- Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail.
- If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking number for updates.
- If your parcel is lost or severely delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in making a claim with Royal Mail.

- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Delivery.
- The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free collection is available for customers in Greater Manchester and Lancashire—simply select this option at checkout, and we’ll arrange a collection time.
Refunds & Replacements
- Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if a delivery attempt was made but the parcel was not collected or left out too long.
- If you believe your product has arrived damaged or spoiled due to an issue on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will assess the situation.

- We do everything we can to ensure your sea moss arrives in the best possible condition. However, as it is a fresh product, we strongly advise you to track your order and be available on the delivery day.
