Subscription Overview

Seamoss Paradise offers a convenient subscription service, allowing customers to receive their favourite sea moss products on a recurring basis. Our subscription service ensures you never run out of your essential health products while enjoying exclusive benefits such as discounts and priority processing.

Subscription Plans

Customers can choose from flexible subscription plans, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly deliveries. The price of each subscription plan varies based on the product selected and the frequency of delivery.

Payments and Billing

By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments based on the selected plan. Payments will be processed automatically on the same date of each billing cycle. You will receive an email confirmation after each successful payment. If a payment fails, we will notify you via email, and you will have 48 hours to update your payment details before your subscription is paused. We are not responsible for any additional bank or transaction fees incurred as a result of failed payments.

Subscription Management

Subscribers can manage their plans at any time, including updating delivery frequency, changing products, pausing, or cancelling their subscription. This can be done through your Seamoss Paradise account or by contacting our support team at [your email/contact information].

Cancellations and Modifications

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming delivery. Changes to subscription details, including product selection and delivery schedule, must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date. If a subscription is cancelled after a payment has been processed, the order will still be fulfilled, and cancellation will apply to future payments only.

Refunds and Returns

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit where applicable. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Shipping and Delivery

Subscribers will receive their orders based on the selected schedule. All products are made fresh to order and shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (tracked). Customers within Greater Manchester or Lancashire can opt for free collection. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Discounts and Promotions

As a subscriber, you may receive exclusive discounts, promotional offers, and early access to new products. Special discounts will be automatically applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.

Subscription Pauses

Subscribers can pause their subscription at any time for up to three consecutive billing cycles. After this period, the subscription will automatically resume unless cancelled. If a subscription remains paused beyond this timeframe, it may be subject to cancellation.
